Ana Pinto graduated in Nutrition Sciences. Currently attending a Master’s Degree in Consumer Sciences and Nutrition (UPorto). Her thesis is part of the Project “IceCare – Cardio-healthy Functional Ice Creams”. The aim of this research is to study the sensorial perception of improved nutritional profile ice creams. Main research interests are related to sensory analysis.
