Pedro Sousa

Bachelor’s in Engineering Sciences – Food Engineering profile from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (FCUP) and Master’s in Food Science and Technology from FCUP and University of Minho. With great interest in the areas of sensory analysis and consumer sciences, currently attending the PhD Program in Agricultural Sciences (FCUP), developing a project that aims to evaluate and develop advanced methods for the evaluation of consumer perception regarding innovative and novel foods. The orientation team is constituited by Professor Luís Miguel Cunha of GreenUPorto and Prof. Purificación García and Professor Mariano Alcañiz from Universitat Politècnica de València.
