Pedro Sousa

Bachelor’s in Engineering Sciences – Food Engineering profile from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (FCUP) and Master’s in Food Science and Technology from FCUP and University of Minho. With great interest in the areas of sensory analysis and consumer sciences, currently attending the PhD Program in Agricultural Sciences (FCUP), developing a project that aims to use dynamic methods of sensory evaluation (Temporal Dominance of Sensations -TDS- and Temporal Check-All-That-Apply –TCATA-) to understand the overall perception of Portuguese wines.
