Carmen Costa

Graduated in Nutrition and Food Sciences in 2010 from the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences of the University of Porto (FCNAUP). PhD student in Food Consumption and Nutrition Sciences at FCNAUP / FCUP. The subject of her thesis is “The Future of contract catering in Portugal: A study of trends determined by consumers”. The collective catering (RC) is responsible for providing meals, but also for setting up the service, creating a pleasant environment and an attractive image. The general objectives of this study are to find out the changes to CC according to consumers opinion and to study the effectiveness of this implementation in consumer perceptions about CC services. This study will have a great impact on the daily life of consumers, as well as for the CC companies and their employees and client’s.
