Our integrated researchers  Jorge Queiroz and Luis M. Cunha participated in the «Enotécnica Launch Session», talking about Sustainability in the Wine Sector in Portugal, a very relevant topic to the activities of GreenUPorto.

Both Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto and Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro integrate the event’s advisory committee & and have been playing a crucial role in promoting environmentally friendly practices in this industry, tackling one of the main challenges facing the wine sector – sustainability.

Enotécnica: Enology and Viticulture Fair is the largest professional event for products and equipment for Viticulture and Enology with an innovative focus, with the primary objective of strengthening the business fabric and boosting the wine sector.

The next edition of Enotécnica will be organized by AEP and take place at Exponor – Feira Internacional do Porto from the 7th to the 8th of February 2024.
