Master’s degree and is attending the Doctoral Programme in Consumer Sciences and Nutrition at the Faculty of Sciences and Nutrition and Food Sciences of the University of Porto (FCNAUP). Her scientific research activity has been focused on the food service, canteen, menu, Mediterranean diet and sustainability.
