Graduated in Nutrition and Food Sciences in 2010 from the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences of the University of Porto (FCNAUP).

Master in Biotechnology and Food Innovation from the Catholic University in 2019.

PhD student in Food Consumption and Nutrition Sciences at FCNAUP / FCUP.

The subject of her thesis is “Food‌ ‌Fraud‌ ‌in‌ ‌the‌ ‌Food‌ ‌Supply‌ ‌Chain‌ ‌in‌ ‌Portugal”‌, under the supervision of Professor Luís Miguel Cunha and co-supervision of Professor Ana Pinto Moura.

The main areas of interest are food fraud, food defense, and consumer information
