Liliana Ferreira

Liliana Ferreira, nutritionist and PhD student at Doctoral Program in Food Consumption and Nutrition Sciences at Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences of the University of Porto (FCNAUP). Nutritionist specialist in Food Service and Catering (Portuguese Nutritionists Council). Master in Food: Sources, Culture and Society by Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Coimbra (FLUC). Her main research interests are related to management of food service, the role of food services in consumers health, eating habits throughout life and food history and culture.
