Joana Margarida Bôto

I graduated in Dietetics and Nutrition at the University of Algarve in 2013. I am currently a PhD student in Sciences of Food Consumption and Nutrition, with a scholarship funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology – FCT (reference 2021.05216.BD). My PhD thesis focuses on the sustainability of dietary patterns, entitled “Sustainability assessment of the Portuguese dietary patterns: Current versus Mediterranean”. I develop my activity at GreenUPorto, LEPABE and INESC TEC, under the supervision and co-supervision of professors Ada Rocha, Belmira Neto and Vera Migueis, respectively.
