With a degree in Landscape Architecture, a Masters in Environmental Citizenship and Participation and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainability Sciences, Inês is currently a PhD student in Agricultural Sciences at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (FCUP), developing her research in agroecology. In collaboration with the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu, Agrarian School, she is developing her work programme ‘Agroecology as a tool towards sustainable food systems transition’, with the aim of co-constructing, through Participatory Action Research, guidelines for public policies to support agroecological transition with the different actors in the food system.
