Food Engineer (5 years). I’ve worked 4 years at the Food Products Regulation and Supervision Agency (ARFA) in Cape Verde, directly involved in technical regulation, inspection and training of sanitary inspectors. I hold a MSc in Consumer Sciences and Nutrition (UPorto) and I am currently a researcher on the “ArrozBIG” project in collaboration with the Industry, doing a PhD in Agrarian Sciences under the topic “Consumer perception and sensorial profile of rice products with low Glycemic Index”.
