Célia Regina Monteiro


Graduated in Nutrition Sciences and with a Master’s in Food Service Management from the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences of the University of Porto (FCNAUP). Nutritionist specialized in Food Service and Catering by the Order of Nutritionists, with more than ten years of experience in the social sector, she currently works at the General Directorate of School Establishments (DGEstE).

PhD student in Food Consumer Sciences and Nutrition at FCNAUP/ FCUP, where she develops her research project in the optimizing the management and sustainability of food services, under the guidance of Professors Cláudia Afonso, Ada Rocha and Vera Miguéis.
