Ana Frias

Ana Frias is graduated in Nutritional Sciences (Faculdade de Ciências da Nutrição e Alimentação da Universidade do Porto – FCNAUP). In 2010 completed her Master’s degree in Consumer Sciences and Nutrition (Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto & FCNAUP). Currently she is a Higher Technician at the Portuguese Council of Nutritionists, working as a President’s Advisor and Advisor to the Department of Professional Specialties, and a PhD student in Consumer Sciences in Food and Nutrition (FCNAUP/FCUP). Her research project is related to consumer’s perception and new food processing technologies.
