Food Engineer from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) and Master in Food Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). I am currently Early-Stage Research of the TRANSIT network under Marie Skłodowska-Curie Grant Agreement nº 955431 and my PhD project is about the consumer perception regarding the use of the sustanaible food technologies. My thesis will cover the assessment of risk perception, strategies to promote consumer trust and the sensory and emotional response to innovative foods emerging from the application of different technologies. My work will be conducted at Sense Test in Portugal, University of Reading (UREAD) in the UK and Deutsches Institut für Lebensmitteltechnik (DIL) in Germany. My supervisors are Prof. Luís M. Cunha (UPorto), Prof. Lisa Methven (UREAD) and Mr. Rui Costa Lima (Sense Test).
