PhD and Habilitation from the University Claude Bernard Lyon 1 (France). I am a Senior CNRS Investigator currently hosted by GreenUPorto/FCUP. I have 10 years of experience as a research group leader in France and have coordinated several multi-partner research projects funded by the French National Research Agency (ANR). I have also undertaken long-duration visits and detachment in several Portuguese institutions in the past (IGC, ISA, CIBIO). My main expertise lies in plant omics and bioinformatics, and I am currently developing scientific cooperation projects between France and Portugal focused on agriculture and climate change.
