Ana Pinto de Moura

Ana Pinto de Moura is a Food Engineer with a PhD in Engineering and Industrial Management, from INPL, Nancy, France. She is an Assistant Professor at the Universidade Aberta, where she coordinates the online MSc course in Food Consumption Sciences. Her main research topics relate to consumer behaviour towards food. She has specific interest in sustainable food consumption, food risk perception, attitudes towards food and nutrition, and perception of nutritional information and food fraud, perceived consumer emotions, valorization of traditional food products.
