Staff Training Week 2019

From June 17th to June 21st, 2019 | Application deadline, February 11th

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to join our International Staff Training Week 2019, which will take place from June 17^th to June 21^st, 2019.

We shall offer four programs full of variety – there will be workshops, group events, tours, presentations, sportive activities, and, of course, time to connect and network. You can find a preliminary version of the program attached to this email.

The four programs are as follows:

Career Service: Internships and Employment Competencies - Developing an international framework for student work-based learning

Library: Libraries on the move: innovating services for research, learning and publishing

Personnel Development and Continuing Education: Universities and Leadership from the HR perspective

Spotlights of Internationalization: New Networks – New Responsibilities

Participation in our International Staff Training Week is possible for administrative staff working in the fields of career services, libraries, continuing education and HR and colleagues working in international offices.

If you would like to participate please submit the Application Form.

Application deadline will be February 11^th. Please note that the selection of participants will take approximately three weeks; results will be communicated via email at the beginning of March.

No participation fee will be charged. Except for some events which will be upon invitation by Freie Universität Berlin, you are kindly asked to cover the expenses for travel, accommodation and food by using Erasmus+ training mobility grants.
