The airport at Porto, Francisco Sá Carneiro, is an international airport (info here), with multiple connecting flights to/from Lisbon. Also daily (almost hourly) there are trains connecting Lisbon and Porto (www.cp.pt) . To travel around Porto you may take the underground (Metro do Porto) which is also connected with the airport.
