Jean-Marc Triscone, Universit\u00e9 de G\u00e8neve<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Jean-Marc Triscone is Professor of Physics in the Department of Quantum Matter Physics at the University of Geneva, leading a group working on correlated oxide heterostructures and oxide interface physics. Jean-Marc Triscone obtained his PhD in 1987 in Geneva with Professor Oystein Fischer. In 1990-1991 and in 1995 he was a visiting scientist at Stanford University. Since 1996, he has been a full Professor in Geneva. Between 2001 and 2007 he has been Deputy-director of the National Center of Competence in Research MaNE. Between July 2007 and June 2014, he was the Dean of the Faculty of sciences in Geneva. Since July 2015, he is a Vice-president of the University of Geneva. With over 240 publications, over 16 000 citations and an h index of 55, he is since 2006 a Fellow of the American Physical Society. He obtained in 2013 an ERC Synergy grant.
