Luís Francisco Lima Baião

Luís Baiao is graduated in Aquatic Sciences and obtained a MSc degree in Marine Sciences – Marine Resources, Specialization in Aquaculture and Fisheries, both in the Institute of Biomedical Sciences Abel Salazar. He is currently an Animal Science PhD student at ICBAS working with sea urchin sensorial analyse and nutrition. The focus of his study is to understand the consumer’s perception towards this product, to enhance a diet capable to improve the sea urchin gonad size and quality.
