Ana Lídia Vargas Castanho

Ana Castanho graduated in Sciences and Techniques of Architecture In 2006 (ISCTE-IUL). In 2013 graduated in Cookery and Food Production and 2015 completed her Master’s Degree in Innovation in Culinary Arts (ESHTE). Currently attends a Ph.D. in Consumer Sciences in Food and Nutrition (FCNAUP / FCUP) in partnership with INIAV and as a FCT Ph.D. fellow, with a thesis on DIS! ArrozPortuguês – Design, Innovation and Health, An approach in Food Design Thinking to promote the Portuguese Rice.
