I graduated in Genetics and Biotechnology in 2010 and concluded my MSc degree in Laboratorial Clinical Biology in 2013 (both at UTAD). I worked as Research Fellow in two Portuguese R&D Institutions (CQ-VR and CBQF). In 2015, I started my sandwich PhD in Enology and Viticulture (UCP and Bologna University), under the supervision of Prof. Susana Carvalho (FCUP), which aims at developing sustainable strategies for controlling the grapevine Flavescence dorée.
