Minho Tour B - Full Day
09h00 - Departure from the Hotel to visit the Northern Province of Portugal - Minho, one of the most beautiful and historic regions of Portugal. First stop at Guimarães, the Nation's birthplace, including a visit to the Ducal Palace and a walking guided tour of the historical centre. The tour proceeds to Braga, the Archbishop's town, visiting its Cathedral and Bom Jesus do Monte. Stop for lunch. In the afternoon, visit to Barcelos, known for its typical handicraft. Short visit to Barcelos' Market, the biggest weekly "Open Air Market" from Portugal. The tour continues to Viana do Castelo, known for its embroideries and folklore. Return to the Hotels. |
